Process
Our Canning will be the process of hermetically sealing cooked food and it is a preservation method. The food will put it to destroy disease-causingin Glass Jars or Metal Cans that are hermetically sealed to keep out air and then heated to specific temperature for a specified time micro-organism and prevent spoilage.

Raw Material
Several types of fish, e.g. Tuna, Sardines and Mackerel can be used as raw material in fish canning process. The fish will be either preserved in saline water, tomato sauce or oil depending on the customers’ requirement and market demand.
